After graduating college in a recession with a Bachelor's of Science in International Business and Finance my trajectory changed...to say the least.
Experiencing that challenging time sent me on my own personal development journey and I fell in love with learning everything about wellness and the human potential.
After a rollercoaster of failures and growth, I decided to open my own pilates practice that grew into a full mindfulness studio in just one year.
I pivoted online after starting my family. After realizing the possibilities of a larger platform, I came out of the 'personal development closet' and found my true passion in coaching.
Adding many tools to my tool belt to help other ambitious women become the #1 assets in their life and business like: NLP, Hypnosis, Meditation, Clinical Breathwork, EFT and Human Design
And also creating my own tools under the Get Zen AF brand that make my work more accessible to more women.
I'm obsessed with the human potential, and my mission is to help more ambitious women meet that potential WHILE experiencing more peace and joy along the way.
